A Family Adventure
A Family Adventure is a bilingual children's book designed to help young people explore Zambian cultures, languages and family life through storytelling. The book is available in English and Zambia's seven official national languages: Bemba, Nyanja, Tonga, Lozi, Kaonde, Luvale, Lunda. It was written so that children and young people can see their language, culture and families in the stories they read.
The project began from a passion for children's empowerment and a belief that representation starts on the page.
